As a remote work coach, there are some reoccurring questions I get. I wanted to unlock five of them with you!

1) How can I keep my team accountable and productive when working remotely?

Set clear goals and expectations with deadlines and trust your team to get the work done. Have weekly check-ins. 

2) How do you keep your team engaged and motivated?

Recognize and reward great work. Start your meetings with WINS(big and small). Ask your employees what they need. 

3) How do I lead a remote meeting effectively?

Have a goal for each meeting. Send out the agenda in advance of the meeting. Designate a person to take notes and send action items after each meeting. 

4) How do you onboard remote team members? 

Make sure you have a well-thought-out onboarding process with -30-60-90 day goals. Create a personal connection before paperwork. Establish recurring check-ins with your new hire so they have a set time to ask questions. 

5) How do I separate work from life when WFH?

Establish routines to start and end your day. Take breaks and recharge throughout the day. Establish boundaries with other people.
